ATLANTIC CITY — Dr. La’Quetta S. Small honored each Atlantic City Board of Education member on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, in celebration of School Board Recognition Month.

In New Jersey, school board members service more than 1.4 million children in some 2,500 schools across the state’s 580 school districts.

In Atlantic City, the public school system is responsible for providing a thorough and efficient education for some 7,000 students in its 11 schools. Small gave board members a plaque recognizing their dedicated service.
