ACHS Record broken and Individual Event wins against Mainland

Congratulations to James Haney ’24 and Marshall Harris ’27 for their races yesterday at the first home swim meet of the season versus Mainland.

James Haney ’24 not only won both his races (100 SCM Breast and 200 SCM IM) but broke the 100 SCM Breaststroke record with a time of 1.07.62 bringing his ACHS school record total to 16. The old record of 1.08.08 was set in 2011 by Anthony Cox.

 

Marshall Harris ’27 won the 100 SCM Butterfly with a time of 1:02.00 and was the only other ACHS swimmer to capture a win.
