James Haney leads Atlantic City past Holy Spirit
James Haney won two individual races and contributed in two winning relays to lead Atlantic City High School to a 138-24 victory over Holy Spirit in a Cape-Atlantic League American Division boys swim meet Monday.

Atlantic City High School senior Megan Fox has been a highly successful swimmer in the Cape-Atlantic League since her freshman year. The distance specialist will bring her endurance and speed to the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina, next year.

Who are the area's best girls high school swimming teams?
The high school swimming season began on Dec. 1 and this season a full schedule is set to go, with big invitational meets, South Jersey and state championships and the Meet of Champions. There was a shortened season last winter which began in mid-February and ended in late March. The Cape-Atlantic League had no championships
