The Governor’s STEM Scholars is a FREE program that provides STEM opportunities and awareness to high-achieving New Jersey STEM students from grades 10 through the doctoral level. In our program students will have the opportunity to attend four conferences focusing on government, academia, industry, and a commencement. Additionally, each Scholar gets hands-on research experience and access to some of the state's top research and laboratory facilities and professionals through tours, master classes, and fireside chats. 

To be eligible for the Governor’s STEM Scholars, students must:  

➡ Be a sophomore through college doctoral level as of the Fall 2023;  
➡ Have a GPA of 3.5 or higher; 
➡ Attend a New Jersey high school or university;
➡ Have a passion for STEM in New Jersey.
