Stockton FAFSA Completion Workshop

The NJACAC College Fair will be held this year on March 13, 2024 at Stockton University from 6-8 pm. Stockton University will be offering free tours that evening to all interested students from 5-6 pm.

Howard University College Tour
Join the ACYS for a college tour on December 7th, 2023 Howard University. This trip is open to Atlantic City residents in grades 9th-12th with priority to 11th-12th graders. Lunch and transportation will be provided. There are only a few slots left.

Signup for the ASVAB today!
Students can sign up for the ASVAB that will be administered on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 8:15am. The exam will be given to the first fifty (50) students who complete the form. Students must use their Chromebook to take the exam and will be given in C218.

NBCFAE, TCR Scholarship Program
The National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) Technical Center Region is announcing its annual call for applicants for its Scholarship Awards Program. The NBCFAE offers cash awards to senior high school students who have been accepted to an institution of higher learning (college, university or trade/technical institute) to help support their academic endeavors and goals. The NBCFAE is committed to helping our youth reach their greatest potential.

West Point Summer Leaders Experience (SLE)
Students really enjoy the Summer Leaders Experience which is a one-week summer camp at West Point. They get to live in the barracks, eat in the mess hall, experience academic workshops for 5 of our 17 academic departments and complete two military days. Students enjoy making friends and working closely with West Point Cadets during their one week. We offer two sessions, 3-9 June and 10-16 June. Students may sign up using the QR code on the flyer or at westpoint.edu

West Point for Counselors
West Point is hosting our educators visit for school counselors from 10-13 April. Educators get to visit West Point and we pay for you to stay at the Thayer Hotel for the event. You will see our world class facilities, meet our professors and cadets, and meet educators from all over the US. Please see the attached flyer and let me know by Wednesday if you are interested in attending. I have a couple of slots left for the entire Northeast. Through various workshops led by Drexel faculty using our state-of-the-art labs and facilities, participants gain an understanding of the undergraduate experience in a university-level program.
