  • Graduation

    Commencement will be held on June 22, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall. Graduates will receive 10 tickets each. All guests need tickets to attend.

  • tMHFA Parent Sessions - What parents need to know

    Our school will conduct teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) training for 10th graders beginning on May 11, 2022. This is an evidence-based training that teaches teens in grades 10-12, or ages 15-18, how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in their friends and peers.   • Free Statewide Community Assistance Event

    There will be a free Statewide Community Assistance Event on May 28th from 10 am - 5 pm. Tickets are free to attend but registration is recommended.

    NJSLA testing will take place May 16th, May 17th, and May 18th during the school day with NJSLA Makeup testing May 23rd, May 24th, and May 25th during the school day.

  • tMHFA Parent Informational Session

    Atlantic City High School has partnered with iEvolve Experience, a NJ non-profit organization that serves youth and their families to implement Teen Mental Health First Aid training to all of our 10th 11th and 12th graders. This training teaches high school students how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders among their friends and peers while learning self-help skills.

  • ACHS Mask Optional effective 3/7/22

    On March 7, 2022, Governor Phil Murphy will no longer require masks or face coverings for students, staff or visitors in schools. The governor's decision was based on the significant decline of COVID-19 cases in New Jersey. As a result, effective March 7, the Atlantic City School District will no longer require masks. Staff, students or visitors to all buildings may wear masks as an option with no limitations.
