  •  Robotics team wins again!

    Robotic Team setting Records!

    The Atlantic City High School Robotics team broke a state record in their inaugural season. The team scored 212 points, which won the award for the Highest Match Score by an Alliance at the January 14th competition in Egg Harbor Township. This is the second time the team has won this award, beating their previous high score set on October 29th in Williamstown.

    Academic Challenge Club competes in State-Wide Competition

    Academic Challenge Club attended the Long Island Quiz Bowl on December 16th in Livingston, NJ. It is a National Tournament where clubs from NJ, NY and PA were represented. Over 65 teams competed, making it the largest LIQB yet! Members included  Co-Captain Nurpak Hossain '24, Captain  Zarif Ahanaf '24, Muhtasin Sadik '24,  Fajar Bano '26 and Ieshaa Khan '24.

    Key Club is collecting new socks, and new or gently-used winter coats, hats, and mittens for community members in need this winter! Donations must be washed clean and free from rips and stains!     Joint Apprenticeship Committee - Local Union 322

    Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 322 will have available 200 applications for apprenticeship on their website (www.ua322.org). Applications for a five (5) year apprentice program will be open during the following dates: Friday, December 1, 2023 (50 applications 24 hours), Monday, January 1, 2024 (50 applications 24 hours), and Thursday, February 1 - Friday, February 9, 2024 (100 applications) Please see the attachment of qualifications necessary for an applicant to be considered.

    Hope4AC Holiday Store

    Our next Community Service event is out Annual Holiday Store. The Hope 4 AC Holiday Store will be held on Saturday, December 9th in the community room in Stanley Holmes Village (1539 Adriatic Avenue, Atlantic City). The Christmas Store is for people who struggle to provide Christmas gifts for their families. It gives low-income parents and grandparents an opportunity to purchase new toys at a greatly reduced price. This gives them dignity in being able to purchase toys for their families rather than receiving a handout.

    Signup for the ASVAB today!

    Students can sign up for the ASVAB that will be administered on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 8:15am. The exam will be given to the first fifty (50) students who complete the form. Students must use their Chromebook to take the exam and will be given in C218.
