Dress Code Policy
Greetings, Vikings!
Attention students: As the weather begins to warm, let us remind you of our dress code policy.
- Pajama tops and/or bottoms and/or slippers should not be worn to school
- Bare Midriffs (abdomens or lower backs- stomachs) should not be visible; therefore, short shirts should not be worn
- Cleavage should not be visible
- Tube tops, halter tops, and single-strap tops are not permitted
- Spaghetti strap tops can only be worn with another shirt over them
- Shirts that are sheer and/or expose the torso are not to be worn
- Extremely short tops, shorts, or skirts are not allowed <liHats, hoods, wave caps, and head coverings are not to be worn in the building
The school dress code was put in place to enhance the school's learning environment, establish greater school pride, and promote a safe and friendly environment for all students. It is our responsibility to strive for a positive learning atmosphere. Anything that might distract from that must be discouraged. Please be mindful that the dress code will be strictly enforced, and disciplinary action will be taken for noncompliance. All students are expected to abide by all of the requirements. Viking Pride!
